Scan the code on any Cheeky Occy pack and it opens that cut's own page: the full nutrition panel, where the protein actually comes from, what is and isn't in the bag, and one recipe worth cooking tonight.
A protein figure is a measurement of the whole pack, not of the food you think you're buying. Four things are worth knowing before you compare any two packs in a freezer aisle.

{{ p.proteinNote }}
Seafood protein is complete: it carries all nine essential amino acids in proportions the body can use, which is why it scores well on the digestibility measures nutritionists use (PDCAAS and DIAAS). A pack that says “high protein” is telling you a quantity. What it rarely tells you is how much of that quantity came from the animal and how much arrived with the processing.
Illustrative composition of a category, not a measurement of any specific competitor product.
