01
What we collect
Your name, email, delivery address and phone number when you order. Your email alone if you join the restock list. Payment card details are entered on our payment provider’s form and never reach our systems — we only ever see the last four digits and whether the charge succeeded.
02
Why we collect it
To process and deliver your order, to contact you if something goes wrong with it, and — only if you asked for it — to email you restock notices. We do not use your order history to profile you or to build advertising audiences.
03
Who we share it with
Our payment processor, the courier carrying your box, and the email service that sends restock notices. Each receives only what it needs to do that one job. We do not sell, rent or trade personal information to anyone.
04
Packaging QR codes
The QR code on a pack opens the nutrition page for that cut. The link carries the product code so the right page loads — nothing that identifies you, and no account needed. We count scans per product in aggregate to see which cuts people check.
05
Cookies and analytics
A small number of functional cookies keep your bag and your light or dark preference between visits. Analytics are aggregate page counts only: no cross-site tracking, no advertising pixels, no third-party profiling scripts.
06
How long we keep it
Order records are held for seven years, as tax law requires. Restock list emails are held until you unsubscribe, and are deleted within thirty days of that. Contact form messages are deleted after twelve months.
07
Your control over it
You can ask for a copy of everything we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete anything not legally required. Email us and we will respond within thirty days. Every restock email has a one-click unsubscribe link.
08
Changes to this page
If this policy changes we update the date at the top of the page. Material changes affecting how we use your information will also go out to the restock list before they take effect.
