Dispatch days
We pack and send Tuesdays and Thursdays only. Orders placed after 4pm AEST the day before go out on the next dispatch day. We do not ship Fridays, because a box sitting in a depot over a weekend is a box we cannot vouch for.

How it travels
Cuts are packed frozen into an insulated liner with dry ice, sized to the transit time for your zone. The liner is recyclable through kerbside soft plastics; the outer carton is plain cardboard.

On arrival
Move everything to the freezer as soon as the box arrives. Some surface softening in transit is normal and does not affect the product. If any cut has gone fully soft, do not refreeze it — photograph it and get in touch the same day.

Nobody home
Boxes are left in a safe place unless you tell us otherwise at checkout. If you would rather not risk it, add a note and we will hold to an agreed date instead.

Tracking
Tracking is emailed the afternoon of dispatch. If nothing has landed by the next morning, check your junk folder before you email us — that is where it usually is.

Pickup
Collection from the Sydney packing bench is available by arrangement at no charge. Email first; there is nobody at the door without a booking.
